Having analyzed the consumer demand on the market of cast iron and ferroalloys, Hetman Trade has the opportunity to ship from its warehouses the material produced by the leading metallurgical plants of the following range of materials for foundry production on a permanent basis and in any quantities:

– cast iron is a primary alloy of iron, smelted in a blast furnace and is processed (redistribution) into steel, mainly in March furnaces or oxygen converters. Compared to other types of metal obtained in blast furnaces (foundry and mirror cast iron, ferrosilicon and ferromanganese), recycled cast iron has a low content of Si and Mn (no more than 1.75% each). reworked cast iron intended for oxygen-converter redistribution has narrower limits of fluctuations in the chemical composition in terms of Si, Mn and S.

– cast iron is intended for further remelting in iron foundries and in the production of cast iron castings. It differs from the pre-partition one by its high quality, small amount of impurities and stable chemical composition.

– cast iron with a high sulfur content – this is the same processing and foundry cast iron, in all respects, it corresponds to GOST 805-95 and 4832-95, respectively, but has excessive sulfur indicators.

– cast iron PVC-N (nodular). The main difference between nodular cast iron and cast iron is a very low content of harmful impurities – sulfur and phosphorus, a low content of manganese – to add plasticity, and a low content of silicon – to simplify the operation of iron smelting. The material that meets the specified requirements is nodular cast iron.
